For a county booking-out record, call ACSO Department of Jail Records at (352) 491-4444. Booking Support is available at (352) 491-4449 or (352) 491-4459, with the supervisor line staffed around the clock. In-person requests go to the ACSO Records Customer Service Window, 2621 SE Hawthorne Road, Gainesville, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday.
